  • What kind of clients do you serve?

  • Do you have an office I can visit?
    We do not have a physical office location at this time and are serving customers remotely working from our home. Stay tuned, we hope to have an office location in 2025!
  • Do you prepare taxes?
    No, Laser Bookkeeping only provides bookkeeping services and does not prepare taxes. However, we can work closely with your tax preparer to ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date for tax purposes.
  • Do you only work with QuickBooks Online?
    Yes, at this time Laser Bookkeeping only works with QuickBooks Online. We believe that QuickBooks Online provides the best platform for efficient and accurate bookkeeping services. Our team is highly trained and experienced in using QuickBooks Online to provide our clients with the highest level of service. If you have any questions or concerns about QuickBooks Online, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help.
  • What will I, as the business owner, need to do each month?
    As a client of Laser Bookkeeping, you will need to provide us with access to your financial records, such as bank statements, credit card statements, loan statements, invoices, and receipts. These documents can be uploaded into the secure online portal that will be created for you when you become a client, uploaded to QuickBooks Online, or by manually sending us the documents. It's important that you keep accurate records of all your financial transactions each month, so we can keep your books up to date. We will take care of the rest, including reconciling your accounts, categorizing transactions, and generating financial reports at the end of each month. We'll also be available to answer any questions you have throughout the month.
